1.  Definitions and Abbreviations/ Introduction

1.1 Definitions used for SURe



 Closed physical system which consists of other physical systems including human beings, which can do mutual interactions.


Physical system

 A physical system consists of matter, also called material or physical units. All physical systems are observable (by sensors) and everything which can be observed is reality.  If something is not observable, it is physically  irreal and thus no  issues of physics or other natural sciences.  An important characteristic of physical systems is 3-dimensional locality, which is required to be observable.


Matter, physical units

Physical units (abbreviated PUs) are bound fundamental particles (abbreviated FPs)

 Physical units are differentiated by

  • Relevant (relative stable) particles with simple structures (relevant subatomic particles).
  • Irrelevant (relative instable) particles with simple structures. (irrelevant subatomic particles).

  • Particles with more complex structures (nuclei, atoms, molecules).

  • Bound units of particles with complex structures (ordinary and compact bodies inclusive ordinary and compact stars)

  • Complex structures of neutrinos. New physics/ SURe later shows that these are electric fields, magnetic fields, gravitational fields and black holes .

  • Transition states (still rearranging to particles within time duration far below millisecond),


Scientific Universal Reality

 Systematic description of all actions of physical systems in universe without any inconsistencies and by using exclusively Universal Principles, which are conform to all observations ever done in our universe.

 Scientific Universal Reality is unique. Everything which differs from physical reality is not real (= does not exist in universe).

Universal Principle

Scientific rule which has highest level of generalization. Consistent systematic description of a common basis of all observations in universe


Scientific principle

Scientific rule which has a high level of generalization. Scientific principles are conclusions of Universal Principles and therefore are no separate Universal Principles.



 Description of an event (= limited number of interdependent interactions in universe). Interdependent interactions occur naturally or are generated by experiments)

 Observations have to be unbiased (= described without using hypotheses).


Systematic description

 Defines groups of related observations which can be described by common mechanisms.



 Systematic description of a high (but limited) number of observations and explanation by hypotheses.


Scientifically sound theory

 is consistent and conform to scientific principles and thus might be physical reality.


Preferred theory for general acceptance

has lowest number of hypotheses and is the most simple, most logical, most understandable and most testable scientifically sound theory.



Statements by personal assumptions or/and biased observation.



 Basis for theories which cannot be proved but should be scientifically sound and logical.


Scientific method

Generally accepted requirements for scientific research in order to acquire knowledge of reality. Main requirements are careful observations with unbiased descriptions and defining general rules by inductive and deductive reasoning.



Unbiased Description of observations and derivation of general rules which are conform to described observations and are not inconsistent to other observations and thus can be used as explanation for similar observations.



Claimed science which does not meet criteria/definition for science and is not conform to scientific method.



Claimed science which intentionally does not meet criteria/definition for science and scientific method



Antiscience or pseudoscience which is so spectacular that it can be used to arouse attention and interest.



Here used as term for “knowledge of the hidden”: Claiming that something is reality although it cannot be observed and it violates scientific principles (examples: quarks, non-locality, superposition of properties, atomic orbital model, wave-particle duality, vacuum fluctuation, singularity, big bang, expansion of space) 



1.2 Definitions, which are Conclusions of Universal Principles


Universe: Closed physical system with fixed size of space which includes everything we can observe.

Everything we can observe: All interactions of matter, which are always transfers of kinetic energy.

Particle: Stable state of a specific number of bound fundamental particles at a minimum of average spin energy.

Transition state: Unstable state of a specific number of bound FPs not at a minimum of average spin energy.

Internal Action: Rearrangement of a transition state by internal transfers of energy among fundamental particles.

Action/ Interaction: Transfers of kinetic energies between physical units. Comment: exclusively occur by direct contact of particles (=collision); there are no actions/ interactions (no forces) over a distance; there are no other interactions than defined here.

Types of energy: All types of energy are energies of movements of particles and thus vectors. Spin energy is the only intrinsic type of energy of FPs. Vibration energy is the only additional intrinsic type of energy of bound FPs and can be regarded as sub-type of spin energy (oscillation of spin energy). Kinetic energy is relative and by this no intrinsic property of physical units. Total energy of a physical system is sum of spin and vibration energy, which is constant.

Force: Force to do interactions according to CBD-mechanism. This is the only force.

Fundamental particles: Equivalent to spin energies. Basic physical units which are the building brick of all matter of our universe and can't be divided to smaller particles. (Exclusively unbound electron, which is identical to unbound positron)




 1.3 Abbreviations used for SURe


 FP: Fundamental particle

 PU: Physical Unit

 ONs: Omnipresent neutrinos

 RNs: Radiated neutrinos (= emitted neutrinos, radiation, photons)

 BNs: Bound neutrinos (examples: electric fields, magnetic fields, gravitational fields, black holes)

 CBD-mechanism: collision/bonding/decay- mechanism



2019 will get the most spectacular year in history of the universe, because mankind gets aware of Scientific Universal Reality. Complete life on earth will change. Scientific research will get extremely effective and thus will lead to an incredible explosion of new beneficial technologies. All current man-made problems on earth will be solved and all man-made risks for the future of mankind will be prevented. New Physics / SURe is based on the findings ever made in physics and thus the result of the outstanding research work of all physicists.



New Physics/ SURe has been worked out by collaboration of O. Vogel and J. Vogel who derived Scientific Universal Principles (= SURe) and a group of scientists with physical background who applied these rules to all relevant physical phenomenons of all areas of physics. The descriptions and explanations of all physical events by Universal Principles is called New Physics. The Universal Principles are combined to one unique mechanism, which rules all interactions in universe. This means by the unique mechanism all observations (natural and by experiments) can be explained. As all steps of the mechanism are based on basic classical physical rules and all statements can be visualized everyone will quickly understand how the universe works. Physicists and other scientists have the intellectual capability to realize within few minutes that New Physics/ SURe is the future of physics and future of other natural sciences. All findings of New Physics based on SURe would be easily falsifiable if these would not be reality. Of course New Physics/ SURe still needs lots of extensions and improvements of some details, but there is no way back to present physics.
